Best Keto Boiled Egg Patties | Vegetarian Fried Egg Patties | Easy Keto Low Carb Vegetarian Patties

I wanted to make something different for lent season and I came up with this great, healthy and nutritious recipe. Given how great eggs are for keto followers, I had to come up with a vegetarian egg recipe that is different then the usual eggs and cheese. I came up with this recipe which turned out to be absolutely wonderful. Its comfort food that is healthy, easy and very delicious. This is an easy recipe that you can whip up in 5 minutes, provided of course that the eggs are already boiled. This recipe is great for all who follow keto, low carb, gluten free and for all vegetarians and non vegetarians who simply love eggs. Happy cooking! Enjoy. 🙂


Boiled eggs
1 egg for egg wash
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp minced jalapeno pepper
1/2 tsp minced garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: 1/4 cup shredded cheese

Serve with avocado mayo mixed with: sriracha, pesto, Dijon mustard, or hot sauce
