Serving Size: 4 of 12 meatballs, 1/2 the pasta, 1 slice of bread

16 oz beef will make 3 servings of meatballs. We made 2 servings of bread and pasta.
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 whole egg, preferably grass fed
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp of basil
1/4 tsp of oregano
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Bunch of cilantro
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Cloves fresh garlic
1 bag Well Lean Fettucine
2 slices zero carb bread
Garlic salt

1. Add 16 oz of beef to medium bowl
2. Add 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
3. Add 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
4. Add 1 whole egg
5. Add spices
6. Add cilantro
7. Add salt & pepper to taste
8. Add 2 cloves fresh garlic
9. Mix together well
10. Grease 9″ square pan
11. Form 12 equal meatballs. 4 meatballs per serving. 3 servings.
12. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees
13. Rinse noodles in water, add to hot water for about two minutes and then rinse again
14. Add 1/2 cup mozzarella to the meatballs and bake again for about 10 minutes
15. Heat noodles in hot wok or skillet
16. Add butter and garlic salt to toast, as side
17. Place 1/2 pasta in bowl and 4 meatballs / sauce / cheese on top, enjoy!
